A firefighter’s association executive board (E-Board) serves as the leadership body responsible for representing and advocating for the interests of its membership. The E-Board oversees the association’s operations, finances, negotiations, and strategic initiatives to ensure that firefighters’ professional, financial, and personal welfare are protected and advanced.

Stronger Together
To date, the E-Board has made significant progress in strengthening the association’s foundation and enhancing member support. We have implemented responsible financial management practices, ensuring a healthy and transparent general fund while supporting key initiatives such as station improvements, training resources, and community engagement events. The board has modernized communication channels, increased participation in committee work, and fostered stronger collaboration with city leadership to advocate for fair compensation, safer working conditions, and improved equipment. Additionally, we’ve advanced member benefits, supported political engagement efforts, and laid the groundwork for future growth and organizational sustainability.
